Why I am not getting points for the French Writing practice?

In level 1, I never receive any points during the writing practices even though my responses may be 100% correct.  Can this be fixed?

Thank you for your feedback and our apologies for the inconvenience. Are you taking the course from the app (in a mobile device) or in a browser (in a desktop/laptop)? Write It should give you one point for listening to the audio, and another point after you click on Reveal; is this not happening on any of them?

 The problem is on my iPad and iPhone. It is happening with all of the French writing assignments in level one.  I also have rocket Spanish and I don’t have the same problem using the exact same devices. 

Just an update. I do receive the points when I use my lap top. I still am not receiving the points on my Apple devices.

Our IT Team released a fix yesterday for this specific issue; could you please try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if the problem persists on your end?
