Salut Cookiechef,
"en ce moment" which literally is "in this moment", can be translated in English with the expression "at the moment" or "now".
Je ne travaille pas en ce moment. = I'm not working at the moment (now)
"à ce moment" is the translation of the English expression "at this (specific) time" .
Example:
"C'est à ce moment que je décidé d'apprendre le français" = "It was at this moment I decided to learn French"
