how to put circonflex on letters in the keyboard

Come on I asked this question 3 days ago. How do you use the keyboard in the bottom right corner to put a circonflex on an e or an o?

Pretty basic, I would have thought.
 And pretty important so please answer ASAP

Easiest way is to use French keyboard (or hold down the letter on a mac), but if you're using the Rocket keyboard:

Click on checkbox on bottom left of keyboard to activate accents -> select caret symbol (circonflexe)
Options on letters to apply circonflexe will highlight grey ->select letter
