On Language and Culture Lessons 14.7 we find:
est certain que tu vas nous manquer. It is true that we are going to miss you.
I believe the correct translation is "it is true that you're going to miss us".

Hi - Manquer is one of those weird verbs where the translation is more like "to be missed" rather than "to miss". So "tu vas nous manquer" *does* mean "we are going to miss you" (i.e. you are going to be missed by us).
As another example, to say "I miss you" is "Tu me manques". Saying "Je te manque" would mean "You miss me".
