Can I say Parle tu Francais instead of parle vous Francais ? Vous Voulez un cafe ? But can I say Veux tu un cafe?

Yes you can , but only if you know the person well. the vous is the polite versions you should always use when you are just meeting someone. Once you are a good friend then you can use the Tu. Rather over use the vows then get it wrong, the french are quite sensitive on this.

"vous" is for the people you are forced to mark respect:elders , parents of your wife, people you don't know at all and that are older than you... "tu" is for friends ,children, your own parents ,and in general, people you would like to be near of,you would like to be friend,or can also be a way to be cool with the one you've got in front of you. I'm french, and personally I say "tu" to everyone as i don't want to make difference beetween my interlocutors and i,it's a way to say we are all equal, depending on social classes, age, sex, race, and so on... Julien. When you say "tu" to somebody,it immediatly tends to make people equal, and friends, whatever separates us.
