ON the virtual key board I cannot find the correct letters with accents, for example bientot I don't see the accent over the O. Bien Sur, I cannot find the accent for the U.

The *ô* is not "ready-made", nor is the caret/circumflex on the *u* (û). Here's what I posted on the "How to type *bientôt*" thread. Basically, you have to click/check on the lower left checkbox, select the accent (in this case, the caret on the second page (^), then select the letter to apply the accent to.
"To type the ô in bientôt, check on the checkbox in the lower left of the keyboard and diacritical marks will highlight in blue. Click on 'AltGr' to take you to the additional diacritical marks and click on the caret symbol (^). This takes you back to the original keyboard set, with some letters highlighted in grey. Choose o from the grey selections."
By the way, if you're using a mac, you don't need the virtual keyboard. Just hold down the letter and the accented options (even the cedilla on the *c* [ç]) will pop up.

Thanks. And how do I do capital C with cedilla?

The Ç isn't doable on the virtual keyboard (I'm able to write it on a mac). In theory, I think the cedilla is the one next to 'n', but it only applies to 'S' and 'T'.
By the way, my French friends don't seem fazed by writing "Ca va ?" instead of "Ça va ?", so I think it may optional when it's capitalized.
