What is the equivalent of 'All About me' in French, would it be 'En ce qui me concerne'?

That would be more like "As far as I'm concerned..." or "as far as it concerns me...". It's not clear what the context is that you want to use this for, but if you mean a bio-type, "about me" page, like in social networks or blogs, "tout à propos de moi" will work.
