My vocab still not working properly

If I copy a sentence or a word (by clicking the words) to My Vocab and want to translate them in my own language, words with an "r" won't get written with the "r" in it.

I have reported this in February and then I got an email from the support department stating "Please allow 2 working days for a response." I am still experiencing the same problem...

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
