Yes, but I didn't have time in spring and now it's too late.

Surely keinen is an error here, shouldn't it be keine?
When the phrase appears in the previous lesson 19.2, it appears to be correct.

yes, the correct sentence should be:

"Ja, aber ich hatte im Frühling keine Zeit, und nun ist es zu spät." - "Yes, but I didn't have time in spring and now it's too late."
