A change in voice and doesn't follow the written dialogue

The voices have changed in the Play the Part? Don't think it's my imagination as not all the seller dialogue follows the script

Bitte bedienen Sie ​sich ​zu Senf, Mayonnaise oder Ketchup, wenn Sie ​möchten.

The “zu” changes to “an int ehconversation. Is this an alternative form to ”Zu"

In the sentence "Das macht …… Zuzammen is left out. 

Not a problem for me, but would like to know if an and zu are interchangeable in this context

Good catch! Yes, they have changed indeed. 

In regards to “zu” and “an”, both can be used in this context while “an” would be the more common to use here. 

I will pass this on to the German team.
