bad recording

It drives me a bit crazy in “Play the Part” that anything with numbers just doesn't give me 100% I am more likely to get 40%. Everything else is great. Does anyone else find this a problem? In Italian the same thing happens. Is this something that  we are going to just have to live with?

Thank you very much for getting in touch with us again about this issue, and our apologies that you're still experiencing trouble with the voice recognition where numbers are involved - we realize that it can indeed make things frustrating!

We have gone in and applied those manual fixes that we were talking about in the previous thread throughout the new German Play the Part series, and this normally resolves the problem. The fact that you are still experiencing it even after these fixes have been applied is unusual, and we'd like to get it sorted out for you!

Could you let me know:

• which version of the app or which browser you are using,
• if you are experiencing these issues in every German Play the Part lesson or just in particular ones, and
• which lessons are also giving you trouble in Italian?
