Discrepancies between text in 13.2 and 13.3

From 13.2:
Auf Grund meiner Erfahrung und meines Abschlusses hätte ich ein höheres Gehalt erwartet.
From 13.3
Danke... mmmmh... aufgrund meiner Erfahrung und meinem Abschluss hätte ich ein höhreres Gehalt erwartet.

Should Auf grund be one word?
Should meinem Abschluss be genitive?
Höhreres appears to be a typo?

I spotted anther discrepancy:
13.2
Sie haben auch schon einige Erfahrungen als Projektleiter gesammelt.
13.3
Sie haben auch schon einige Erfahrung als Projektleiter gesammelt.

Which is correct, or are both OK? I think einige works for both.
The spoken version reflects the text.

1. Both spellings auf Grund and aufgrund are fine to use. 

2. Auf Grund and aufgrund always require the genitive case, so the first sentence 
"Auf Grund meiner Erfahrung und meines Abschlusses hätte ich ein höheres Gehalt erwartet."
is correct. 
When you use aufgrund von, then the dative case is required. 

3. You are right, there is a typo. The correct spelling is "höheres". 

4. I would say "Sie haben auch schon einige Erfahrungen als Projektleiter gesammelt." is correct and should be used here. 
Another way to say this would be:
"Sie haben schon viel Erfahrung als Projektleiter."
