Download Link

I just purchased Rocket German Premium and Rocket German Premium Plus. I expected to receive a link to download a course to take on the computer and a link to download audio files. So far all I have found is a course that I can take online and an audio link on each page to download the lessons one by one. Am I missing something? I expected a course to download to my computer. I don't always have web access. I also expected a link to download the MP3 files as a group or at least on one page so that I don't miss any. I tried to call the number on the bottom of the home page. The recording states that you only respond to e-mail. So far I haven't received a reply to that either. Please let me know if I am missing something. Thank you, John

Hi John, I apologize for the inconvenience. Our tech support is done from New Zealand and because of the time difference it is easier to communicate via email. If you would like to ring the tech support team please use the New Zealand number that is on the website as well. The course is set up to help you with your learning progress. We recommend going through the lessons in the recommended order. Unfortunately there is no page where you can download all the audio at once, however you can use the navigation buttons at the bottom of each lesson to move to the next one. The quiz functions after each lesson only work online, same for the progress tracking. Most of the course can be used offline, you can download the audio lessons and print the Grammar lessons, but for your progress tracking to work you will need to be online.
