Is there a way for me to get the Flashcards to go from English to German (i.e., presentation is in English, answer is in German), rather than the other way around?

Yes, if you click on the settings icon, which is located on the top right hand side of the test, you can choose what you want to see in the "Front of Card", and you can select German or English.
