It's a good question, I was interested myself in seeing American movies dubbed in German, especially movies I've seen many times and am familiar with the dialogue--maybe this would be a good learning tool. However, I didn't have any luck. The closest thing I could find is the German Amazon.com. It is also interesting to see customer's reviews of movies that you are familiar with. The problem is that to open a German Amazon.com account, to fill out the required info and navigate through the screens requires a level of German that I do not possess, so I didn't do it.
Quick link: You can make sure the movie is dubbed in German by looking where it says "sprache" under "produktinformation."

One more suggestion, something I didn't follow through on myself:

The Goethe Institute has a library of DVD's, but whether these are strictly German films, or whether they have American movies dubbed in German, I don't know.

Pretty much all Hollywood movies are released in Germany. I'm not sure how many subtitled or voiced over. Some cable/dish providers offer international packages. I know Dish Network offers 4 german channels, including a Kino (cinema)!
About Amazon - I found that I can Log In to Amazon.de and it recognizes me from Amazon.com. But the mark up from US$ to Euros & then shipping charges are easily 3 times higher than purchasing from a local store  . Worth it a few times, maybe.
If you look at http://german.about.com you can find information on dvd's and cd's. It is an inferior site for learning the german language, but has alot of excellent info (in english) about the Duetches Kultur.
Most English language dvd's seem to have subtitles in Spanish, French, Italien, or Japenese. German is harder to find.
Some German movies I have seen (and loved) are:
M - early Peter Lorre film
Lola Rennt - released as Run, Lola, Run in the US
Wings of Desire - thoughtful film with both English and German dialogue
Blau Angel - Marlene Dietrich - scenes were shot twice... once for English AND once auf Duetch!! Look carefully and buy the double-sided DVD!
Myself, I prefer German music I can play at work. If I have lyrics printed out, pretty easy to learn too.
Check out Napster, Amazon, Itunes, UniversalMusic, YouTube,.... for their german sites.
I first got Christina Stürmer (big fan now  ), then continued with Ich+Ich, Juli, Madsen, Silbermond, and of course Rammstein.
Look for the German album from Johnny Cash too :!:
Many of these groups will have Konzert DVD's you can play in any computer.
Sorry there's so much info here. Hope some of it is useful. Viel Glück!
