Righto.... to come home: nach Hause kommen to come later: nach kommen to come together :zusammen kommen to copy : abschreiben to fold :zusammen falten or zusammen legen to get into: einsteigen to get to know: kennenlernen to give back: zurückgeben to go away: weggehen to go home: nach Hause gehen to imitate: nachmachen to improve: verbessern to laugh at: auslachen to look like: aussehen to look toward: hinschauen to open up: aufmachen to put on clothes: anziehen to run away: wegrennen to sit down: hinsetzen to stay away: wegbleiben to step into: einsteigen to take away: wegnehmen to take back: zurücknehmen to take off clothes: ausziehen to take off in a plane: abheben to throw over there: hinüber werfen For example: " I run away" "Ich renne weg" :wegrennen I recommend to listen to audio lesson 2.2, that will hopefully make things clearer. Good luck with your homework!

I know am coming one year later to post a reply on this subject but I am just wondering whether there is any lesson specially on these prefixes. Am still studying and trying to finish the course so I don´t know yet whether there is any lesson on these. Should this lesson be included in this course or we should purchase the Advanced course? Vielen Dank!

And Nathalie, I had a look on Audio lesson 2.2, as you mentioned, but it seems that there is nothing concerning these prefixes. Or have I misunderstood something?
