Is there a way to do this without the constant mouse clicks?

As I approach completing the first module of Rocket German, I am getting really frustrated with how often I need to click the mouse button to advance or do something during the exercises.  Is there a way to be able to advance to the next word in an exercise without having to rate your response on every single word?  If not, I hope you guys fix it, because for each word, you have to click to record yourself, you may have to click REVEAL and click multiple times to compare your recording to the lesson recording, and then finally click a rating to advance.  If you have 40 words for just one exercise this is tedious and I have yet to see any value in rating a word.  Maybe  just add a button that marks a word you wish to return to.

There are some hotkeys that you can actually use to make the process smoother when you go through the tests:

I'm another one who finds the number of mouse clicks tedious. I don't get the point of rating questions and have never used it - I just click through 'easy' all the time. There really ought to be a way to click through questions without so many mouse clicks though.
