I noticed that, in recent days, the placement of users in Rocket German/My Progress/Leaderboard/Last 24 Hours is not working correctly. Daily points are accumulating each day such that the chart shows total points for a number of days rather than only for the last 24 hours. I don't know how to contact the Administrator and bring this matter to his/her attention. If anyone knows how to do so, please forward my message to the proper person. Thanks in advance!

Strange point totals seems to happen occasionally and it usually gets resolved quickly. You stand a better chance of getting noticed if you post on the general feedback forum as it seems to be monitored more frequently.

Hi Marie - Your technical support team has reinstated an accurate point accumulation reading for a 24-hour period, and I thank you for your intervention on this issue.
However, the badges are now incorrect; overnight, I was demoted from a Gold Star Master to a German Novice:(( I suppose this may sound like a petty complaint, but I must tell you that your system of points, badges, and stars are surprisingly an encouragement to a beginner like me (I began the course only a couple of months ago), and they sometimes give me the "pat on the back" that I need to assuage the discouragement I feel in learning a new language as an adult.
Thanks in advance for ensuring that this new technical problem will be resolved.

The "last 24 hours" points total was temporarily corrected, but seems to have gone wrong again. It appears to be giving the total for the last 4 days.
