New Edition of Rocket German

To the Administrator:

On the Leaderboard statistics, there continue to be 5 time periods in which the learner can check his accumulated points as well as his standing vis-a-vis other learners in the course: Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 12 Months, and All Time. 

For Last 12 Months and All Time, the stats are presented in the new edition exactly as in the old edition. However, it appears that the stats for the other time periods have either changed format or need to be corrected. Is there a technical problem? If not, could you explain to me how to interpret the points and standings for Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, and Last 30 Days? Thanks in advance!  

The German leaderboard points have been completely messed up for four or five days now.  I've written to the help desk but have received no reply.  I would really like to have this working again to see that I'm track with my daily and weekly goals.

Our technical team has put out a fix that should have the Leaderboards completely straightened out now. Please do let us know if you are still experiencing problems.

They were straightened out briefly, but for the past few days they're wrong again.  It looks like the “last 24 hours” is actually several days total points.

Thanks for getting in touch again, and our apologies for the technical issues! I have checked with our tech team and they say that there was a glitch over the weekend, but it should be resolved again now. Could you let us know if you are still experiencing this issue?
