Numbers are not being recorded

Whenever I have a lesson that requires me to say a number, such as vierhundert, the voice recognition converts the it to the numeric form, 400, and I get the phrase wrong as a result. This happens with all numbers, is there any way to fix it? Thanks.

Hallo Dean V!

Thanks very much for getting in touch with us, and our apologies for the difficulties you're experiencing!

Numbers have indeed been known to cause some trouble with voice recognition in the past; however, some implemented fixes should have taken care of this and things currently seem to be running smoothly in the tests we've conducted on our end.

So that we can sort out the issue you're experiencing, could I ask you to contact our support team at support@rocketlanguages.com? If you could provide them with as many details as you can - e.g. what browser or app you're using; if the issue occurs with solo numbers like in this Level 1 lesson or just with numbers in full sentences; etc. - and some screenshots of the voice recognition feedback, this would be immensely helpful in sorting out the cause of the problem.

Vielen Dank,

Liss
