Phrase and Word Master not working

I have a Mac and I use either Safari or Chrome, both programs don't load at all. The Word Master loads and says "refresh" with the bar but then disappears and nothing. The Phrase Master just sits there. Not sure if I need to do something else. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. Doug

What MacOS are you using? (I'm on a Mac using Lion ... 10.8.5 I think, and they work for me. I wonder if the OS makes any difference? It works for me on either Safari or Chrome too. Hmm.
