Switching browsers resets badges

I prefer using Safari or my phone for Rocket German. I decided to try Chrome to do some recordings. Strangely, my badges got reset to German novice. I was at Red Star something....

It's not just changing browsers.  I got reset from red star to novice on the same browser.  This happened a few months back too so I think its a programming issue.

Thank you both for your feedback. We have reported the badge issue to our tech support team so it can be resolved as soon as possible. As Don66 said, the browser is not the cause and you may continue to use your preferred browser, although we do recommend using the free app (available for Android and iOS) when on a mobile device.
