When I record hours above 12 (Es ist vierzehn Uhr zwanzig) I'm translated as Es ist 14:20 Uhr and ratedas poor. How can I fix this?

I don't know, but I suspect it is a system bug and not anything you are doing incorrectly. Rocket has had in the past problems with scoring numbers.
