It is also good to know that here in Germany healthcare is the way it is - other countries, other customs.
The English doesn't make much sense to me, wouldn't a more useful translation be something like “How it is with healthcare here in Germany”?
This is fairly literal, but I think the intention is something like “How healthcare works in Germany” - Am I right?
