What has the response been like from other people who have purchased rocket german?
What do others think?

Hi Jamit.
To me, rocket german is becoming an essential part on my quest to learn German.
They use a fantastic method to teach us, the audio lessons are very clear and fun to listen to, plus the content overall is pretty good. I would definitely recommend it.
When I first bought it, I wasn't sure about it either but as they have a 3 month money back policy I thought there was nothing to loose by giving it a go.
That's enough from me... anyone else?

I've purschased this course as well, I just went over the 1.4 lesson and I can't believe I learned that much, I'm really excited to see how far can I go with this new adventure. :)

I'm really enjoying the course. I bought it just before Christmas, and I'm up to lesson 3.1 now.
I try to listen to it a couple of times, and THEN check the web page that has the script of the conversation. Theoretically, that will help me focus more on what I'm hearing.
My husband, on the other hand, needs to see the words as he's listening to the lesson. My challenge then is to ensure that he is pronouncing the letters in German rather than in Canadian!

At first I was really enthusiastic about the course. I have studied German for many years various ways including German school, private lessons, tapes and CDs at home, visiting German speaking countries on vacation withmy German-born husband. I try to speak german with him on a daily basis. I wanted the course to help me better expand my knowledge and prepare for my trip in June.
I was disappointed to find so many errors in the Mega Verb games that were very frustrating. I did write to the authors who promised to proof-read them. I hope is does not take too long.

Hi Karen,
thank you very much for making us aware of the problem. We checked the database very thoroughly. It seems like the files got corrupted on the server, which resulted in the "umlauts" being diplayed as question marks because they weren't recognized by the application. Every time you had to type in an answer that included an "Umlaut" it would tell you that your answer is wrong, which was very frustrating. We have fixed the problem now and it's working fine. The updated version of the Mega Games is in the members area ready to be downloaded. Once again, thank you for letting us know and I apologize for the inconvenience.
All the best for your learning.
Nathalie
