Where do I get more information on "More Rocket German&

Hi, The Rocket German course is very good. I would therefore like to download the More Rocket German - sometime soon. However, the members area does not lead me to a link that would make that possible. A google search always takes me to a page that shows SOLD OUT. Isn't it available any more? Please note that the page that shows Sold Out offers a Combo Offer (which I am obviously not interested in, since I have the RG already). amitabh
