Cannot download lessons

I have tried to download these lessons onto my MacBook but cannot do it, when they do seem to download all I have is a 0 size file with the name and no content, please advise me what to do, I try downloading to itunes as when I right click I don't get the option to 'save as MP3 file'

Right click>view page source>a new page will open.click cntrl+f>in the search bar type just mp3 nothing more.> mp3 gets highlited. search for a link like this http:\/\/c0458342.cdn.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com\/RS_2.2_Making_Weekend_Plans.mp3. copy,paste in next page save it. your vid'l be ready.
