4.2 In the Kitchen - Extra Vocabulary
हम्हें बहुत सामग्री चाहिए ।
hamhē̃ bahuta sāmagrī cāhiē .

We need many ingredients.
I think हम्हें (hamhē̃) should be हमें(hameṃ) to us. हम्हें is an oblique case of हम(hum) nominative case.
हम्हें cannot be found in dictionary.

I agree, it should be हमें. It is used in place of 'us'.
