यह कमरा बड़ा है - this room is big!
यह बड़ा कमरा - this is a big room!
Technically both mean the same, but the difference, i believe, would be the use of expressions, like, OMG, this room is huge!! (यह कमरा बड़ा है). And suppose you ask the hotel manager for a big room, and he shows you one, he would say "this is a big room" (यह बड़ा कमरा )
