Expression of compulsion: Hona vs Parna

What is a stronger level of compulsion. Hona होना or Parna पड़ना

Im still not entirely sure when to use what!!

I will have to eat or I will die

Mujhe khanna parega varana main mar jaunga 

मुझे खाना पड़ेगा वरना मैं मर जाउंगा
Mujhe khanna hoga varna mai marjaunga

मुझे खाना होगा वरना मैं मर जाऊंगा
 

मुझे खाना पड़ेगा वरना मैं मर जाउंगा  -I  will have to eat, otherwise I will die.
मुझे खाना होगा वरना मैं मर जाऊंगा - I will  eat, otherwise I will die.

पड़ेगा - Will have to
होगा - Will
