Hi Hamsa, Reply to your first question: मैं अंग्रेज़ी बोलती हूँ - Main angrezi boltee(ii) hun.- I speak English.(A speaker is female) मैं अंग्रेज़ी बोलता हूँ - Main angrezi boltaa hun - I speak English (A speaker is male) Yes, you are right. Reply to your second question: Your question is not quite clear. You have to give the whole sentence from the lession. Example of masculine nouns ending in aa: लड़का -laṛkā = boy, पिता - Pitā - father, संतरा -santarā -orange Example of feminine nouns ending in ī(ee): लड़की- Laṛkī=girl, रोटी-Rōṭī=bread, बेटी-Bēṭī=daughter Exception: माता - maataa is ending in aa, it is feminine. पानी - paanee(ii) ending in ee, it is masculine. You just have to memorize them. Namaste, John
