Get up & Get down

Hi,

If you want to say 'get down', would you say उतरो or नीचे उतरो? Same thing with the verb 'to get up.' Would it be proper or correct to say उठो?

Hi Deven,

'to get up' in Hindi is 'उठना'

It is difficult for him to get up early. उसके लिए जल्दी उठना कठिन है।

'get up' in Hindi is 'उठो'
Ram, get up. राम उठो।
