घर ghar is in the oblique case because of the following postposition में meṁ.
घर में ghar meṁ. - in the house
Oblique case is pertaining to any case of inflection except the nominative or vocative.
मुझसे 'from me' is oblique case of मैं main मैं+से =मुझसे
मैं is nominative case(subject)
The word घर can be in nominative case or in oblique case.
