भाइयों is definitely a plural for brother, but when used in the given sentence, it would be left to the postposition words as "ke" to define the plurality of the words. भाइयों is generally used when talking to a large crowd of unknown people, similiar to "gentlemen","people" (and you want to establish a connection with them)
