sa, si, se

When do you use sa, si se. Toda sa todi si. Im not quite sure about this. Like' Mai thoda sa thaka hu' मैं तोधा से थका हूँ. Se is used for from and comparisons. USA India se zyada amir hai संयुक्त राज्य भारत से ज्यादा अमीर है. And from as in Mai Delhi se hu मैं दिल्ली से हूँ. That Im quite clear about. But Im not clear about sa सा and si सि

से is also used "it means from , than.
The new year begins from tomorrow. कल से नया साल शुरू हो रहा है ।
How far is New york from Paris. न्यूयॉर्क पेरिस से कितना दूर है? 
Its raining from morning. सुबह से बारिश आ रही है ।
I am from Delhi. मैं दिल्ली से हूँ।

से is also means  equal of 'by'. It's a tool with which a thing is done.
They went to Paris by plane. - वे हवाई जहाज से पेरिस गए । 
Water is flowing from pipe. नल से पानी गिर रहा है ।
संयुक्त राज्य भारत से ज्यादा अमीर है।

सा ( like जैसा ) is also used
He was like a flying kite. वह उड़ती पतंग सा  था।/वह उड़ती पतंग जैसा था।

सा  is also used for emphasis 
Nobody is like me.  मुझ सा कोई बच्चा नहीं ।
 I am a little tired. मैं थोड़ा सा थका हूँ।  

Please give me case(s)  of using of 'सी' found by you and I will try to explain.
Also  it should be   मैं थोड़ा सा थका हूँ।   (NOT मैं तोधा से थका हूँ)

Whats the diffrence between sa सा and hi ही 

EXAMPLE WITH Si

मुझे थोड़ी सी मदद चाहिए

In such cases सा or सी depends on gender. 

मैं थोड़ा सा थका हूँ।   I am a little tired. ( From a male about himself)
मैं थोड़ी सी थकी हूँ।   I am a little tired. (From a female about herself)

मुझे थोड़ी सी मदद चाहिए।  -  I need small help.  about मदद  - is female 
मुझे थोड़ा सा  पैसा चाहियें।   I need small money.  about  पैसा - a male 

मुझ सा  कोई नहीं। Nobody is like me.( from a male about himself)
मुझ सी कोई नहीं । Nobody is like me .( from a female about herself)
उस जैसा कोई नहीं। Nobody is like him. 
उस जैसी कोई नहीं । Nobody is like her. 


 

The difference  between sa सा and hi ही depends on when used. It itself there is no common point.
