Module 1.4 Booking a Room
एक कमरे का एक रात का किराया कितना है?
ēka kamarē kā ēka rāta kā kirāyā kitanā hai?
How much is it for a room per night?

I don't understand the grammatical construction of this sentence.
Would you please explain why there are two का (kā): एक कमरे का and एक रात का?
Why एक कमरे not एक कमरा?
कमरे is plural unless it is in an oblique case.
Deven--3 देवन--३

Deven--3 देवन--३

This looks like a typo. It's just a mistake.

It is 'How much is the rent for a room for a night'.  Here also there are two 'a'
