In general speaking, restaurant is said as Rēsṭōrēṇṭa ( restaurant) in Hindi as well though it has an ancient word भोजनालय which literally means place where food is served/taken.

In lession 5.1 In the Gift Shop भोजनालय is used.
In lession 5.9 Food and Drink रेस्टोरन्ट is used.
I found 3 words for restaurant from Oxford Hindi-English Dictionary.

I believe that 1st 2 terms are correct, though not very sure on the last one. Even in India, if you look at a board which says restaurant in Hindi, it would be one among the 1st 2 depending on the influence of the local dialect in Hindi speaking.
