This would translate literally as "on your mouth I will say it when the light shines"

I'm curious what people think he's saying here. 

Does he mean to say that his name will (figuratively?) be revealed through the act of kissing her?

I agree with you, as I think he's referring to his name in the previous line, "il nome mio nessun saprà". His mystery could be another possible interpretation, since it's a masculine noun too. But his name is what makes more sense.
