Are there operational errors on the web site (April 6 / 16)?

The flashcard rate function has not worked for the last two days.  The points update doesn't work today.  The Active streak has been screwed up for some time.

I have tried different computers on different networks.

Anyone else finding these errors? (or is it just me)

It seems your problem is not related to your machine. I just tried using the rating system myself and it doesn't work either. I'll forward your issue to the Customer Support!

Thank you for your post and for your feedback - it's much appreciated.  I just wanted to let you know that the IT team are working on the issue, and hope to have the flashcards fixed later today.  Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

Yes, in the last few days, two new and apparently operational issues:
1. Write It! After my attempt, Rocket's confirmatory on-screen Italian phrase often remains that corresponding to a previous question.
2. Leaving the page after saving my notes always triggers an incorrect warning that I've not saved them. Saving them and quitting the page again consistently repeats the warning.

1. It is my understanding that Write It is working correctly now.  Please try this test again, and if you have any further trouble, don't hesitate to let us know.
