In using the Flashcards, I hear no audio. It did work at one time but it has stopped working a few weeks ago. Don't understand why. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your feedback on this and our apologies for any inconvenience. Do you continue to have problems listening to the audio in the Flashcards? Is it happening in one specific lesson? If you continue to have problems, please make sure that the speaker icon (located at the top right-hand side of the exercise) is blue; if it is grayed out, click on it until you can see it is blue. If all is set correctly, please send us an email to support@rocketlanguages.com and we can look at it more closely.
