Hello,
This is my first post. I have the course for a few weeks already, but audio clips in Gramma lessons stii don't work. At first I see them but right away lesson starts reloading, there is a status "(23 items remaining) Waiting for http://members.rocketlanguages.com/Members/Culture-and-Grammar.php" and it takes forever, though I may use lesson but only text. Sound lessons work fine. Keep message exchange with "support" people with no result. Could anybody help.

Ciao,
I apologize for the audio problems you are having. You can try reinstalling the Flash Player on your computer. Flash Player is the application that you need in order to play some of the audio files.
To download it for free, please click on the following link:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Please also download the Shockwave Player, you can download the Shockwave plug-in from the following link.
http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi
Also you could try using a different browser, like Firefox or Internet Explorer.
If none of these recommendations solve the problem, please let me know.
Please also let me know what browser, operating system and PC/MAC you are using.
I hope this helps.

Hello,
I tried different combinations of browser (Firefox or Internet Explorer 8.0) and players. Still it hangs on loading audio clips whatever number of them in Gramma & Culture lesson. I wonder if anybody was able to load themand what is his configuration.
My current configuration on PC with Windows XP, 2.5 GHz, 2GB of RAM.

Hi again,
please try flashplayer in Firefox. I have heard that sometimes Internet Explorer causes problems, but it should work fine with Firefox.
Let me know how you get on.

I already said that I tried all combinations. The feature is broken, but nobody wants to admit it. Three people communicated with me on this issue but with no help, just advices to change browser or player. I asked them to point on somebody who has this feature working, no response. I tried Quiz tests and each has number of audio clips and they work fine though some of them are missing (bug). So who else I have to contact, tickets still open.
