Hear it say it icon permanently red

I have completed lesson 2.3, but the icon for "Hear it Say it" seems to be stuck on red (= "hard") even though I've managed to complete it satisfactorily.  The others are green.
I did this reinforcement exercise some days ago, so it should have refreshed by now.

Thank you for your message and feedback; I have reported the issue to our tech support team so they can take a look at this as soon as possible. Please rest assure you don't have to take the test again, as within the lesson, the icon is displaying in green.

It didn't particularly bother me, but if there is a glitch it would be good to correct it.
