How do family members log on?

Initial impression for Rocket Languages, very good. Customer service...stinks. I was offered and bought three levels of Italian and then paid for an additional family member to be able to use the program. I got a receipt for the three courses with download links but nothing other than a PayPal receipt for the additional family member. Customer service is CLOSED? I would like my wife to be able to access the program in her own right before Sunday. If there is anyone in the community that knows if and how this can be accomplished please post the answer. Thank you.

Ayesha promptly and graciously solved any and all concerns we had this morning. My apologies for the tone of my initial impression. There was a disappointment in having a delay due to the excitement we had in beginning these courses. Now we're all set up and ready to roll. Grazie!
