I can't get over 40% on Rocket Certification 1

I can't get over 40% on Rocket Certification 1 and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried 4 times. 3 times were 40% and 1 time was 39%. I feel like I should be around 80%-90%. Any ideas?

I tried again and got 40%. This one definitely should have been 90% +

This is still broken, I also can not get more than 40% even if I get virtually everything right. Even if it worked perfectly, it would be helpful to have more transparency into the scoring. For instance, if I retry the same phrase 3 times before I get it right, is that 3 errors, 1 error, or correct?
