Interactive not working

Hear it Say It won’t go past 1 or give me % of correct pronunciation. Intermittently states wants access to microphone which I accept. 
It worked fine in the trial  before I signed up. I am doing this on my cell phone. Am in Sections 1.1 and 1.2

I apologize for the inconvenience. On your mobile device, are you using the app? If so, do use Android or iOS? Could you please try to uninstall and reinstall the app?

In regards to the testing section; after you start a reinforcement section you should see the option to rate the word/phrase as easy, good or hard. If for some reason you don't see the option to rate it, you can click on Reveal. Please also note that you have to click on the word (easy, good or hard) and not on the drop-down arrow. Once the word/phrase is rated, the next should appear automatically.
