Has anyone tried this as an additional method to Rocket for learning Italian?  Feedback would be appreciated.

Hi sebongela.  I subscribed for a short period just before deciding on Rocket.  ItaliianPod101 is plugged by various reviews, but I didn't like it much at all.  It is content rich, with frequent video updates, but has relatively little progressive structure compared to Rocket, which is at the other end of the scale.  The other downside is that quite a bit of the content is geared to the world of work, which now being retired, is irrelevant to me.  In summary, it's ok a a supplement to Rocket if one has money to throw around, but for me, isn't worth the bother.  I hope that helps.  Chris

Hi ChrisM108

Thank you for your input. Have looked at it and had a free lesson. I agree not as good and I don't like the fact that it's not a one off fee. A bottomless pit in other words. I Enjoy using different learning media, as adds interest.  Have a good Italian day.

Hi Chris M108

You recommended this awhile back. It is very good. Went blank on “ prova questo” for a few seconds. I posted awhile back that  I found children's fairy tales on the Italian Experiment. Juvenile I know, but they are well read, increase my vocabulary and grammar. And they make me laugh. I am finding it really difficult to stay away from the point's system. Then I find I keep on going down the proverbial rabbit hole. E Coppa Mia. Sounds weird as am used to the Portuguese
