Module 9 Certification Test - no audio prompt on the first test "HEAR IT"

The  recording prompt appears but there is no audio prompt preceding it!

Hi dianalundbom, 

Thank you for the feedback and our apologies for any inconvenience? Do you continue to have problems with the Certification? I just tried it on my end and the audio clips played alright. Are you using Chrome to take the tests?
