Molto problema con mio Links

I am very happy with my Rocket Italian Lessons, but sure I am having problems with some of the extracurricular links. Link to order Rocket Italian CD’s I get a link that says “click here” to order these CD’s. When I do that, it takes me to a Click bank order page. It says that there is an error in the shipping address, and to go back to fix that. I haven’t entered any shipping address, there is no place to enter a shipping address. There is no place to go back but to the “click here” page. Link to Practice Text When I click a subject to test, I get a message in red that says I have to select a subject to proceed. But that is precisely what I have already done. Link to Print these lessons When I click the print tab to print the lessons, I can only print the first page of each lesson. If there is a second page I only get the first line of it and nothing else. Link to check status or answer to a question you send in the E-mail. When I send a question in the E-mail, I get an automated answer with a Ticket number that designates my question, and a Web Link, my Email and a Password to check the status of my “ticket” When I go to that link, and sign in with the email and password they gave me, I get “error” message that says that I have to log in to view the page. Again that is precisely what I’m doing, but it doesn’t work. One time I got a page where you could register to get a new account to the Support Area. After entering the chosen id and password, I was asked to enter those weird letters you get sometimes that prove that you are a live person. But there were not letters. There was only red x in the place where the letters should’ve been. So once more again, I could not get anywhere. Can anybody help?
