No credit on Italian Module 9 of Italian Premium Plus

Problem with test in Italian Premium Plus.

I have taken the "Write it" test on Lesson 9.6 (Modal Verbs) of Italian Premium Plus, twice, but I still can't get the Pencil Icon on the test, or above the page to change to green. I did it last night, and today again. I have closed the site and open it again, I  have restarted the computer, and I still can get the icon to change.

Any ideas?

I have had similar problems on Hear It, Write It, and Know It tests on 1.1,1.2,1.6 and 1.7.  I have completed the tests, but the icons haven't changed.  

I emailed customer support on 14/10 about 1.1, but the problem has persisted.
