The points are going a bit haywire again. I'm currently listed as both 8th and 30th today. For the last week I've found that the leaderboard points have been going up real time, but usually they are about double what I've actually done. I expected that it was a timing issue, but it's always around double, no matter what time I was doing it. I think it's counting both yesterday's and today's.

Thank you for contacting us.  Our apologies for the trouble you are having with your points and the Leaderboard.  Are you still experiencing issues today?  I haven't been able to replicate the problems  you mentioned, but have contacted the IT team for further information.  I will let you know what they say.

Hi Margaret,

I wouldn't say it's an issue, but the points are still not accurate for the last 24 hours, and never are. 

Right now for example, my current point score (the one in the green circle) is 741. Yesterday I did 1015. But in Last 24 hours / Italian it shows 1605 and in Last 24 hours / All courses it shows 1517. 

I understand that there may be some update issue between the last two, but the scores in Last 24 hours, are always approx the sum of yesterday + today. Again, I understand that it may be a rolling 24 hours as well, but this isn't the case as it is ALWAYS around yesterday + today regardless of when I do my lessons.

I'm sure I'm not the only one here and, although it makes me feel good to see more points there, I think they're probably inflated for everyone. 

The Last 7 days and Last 30 days are much closer to correct .. if they were out by a day, I wouldn't really notice.

Thank you for the extra information, it's much appreciated.  A colleague in the IT team is looking into the points for me, so I will let you know what they come back with.  I will also send them a copy of your most recent post, in order to help them narrow down the problem.

My IT team colleagues have been working on the Leaderboard issue you mentioned, and believe they have fixed it now.  It's difficult for us to test from here, so if you have any further trouble with it, or have any feedback, please don't hesitate to let me know.

It looks like it's probably better but I'll check it out over a few days and let you know. Really, since everyone is all around the world, you need to disregard local times and just count back the last 24 hours from this point in time. Then everyone is on the same footing regardless of where they are.
